Due to rules and regulations, paired with carrier reach, we are limited to
Slovenia at this time. We are working on it to expand our reach in the future.
What should I do if my order was damaged during transportation?
If damaged during transportation please send us an e-mail to support@thekineticshop.com with pictures of the damaged goods. Pictures must be submitted within 15 days of delivery date. We will refund the costs of the damaged goods or send you a replacement.
